Congratulations to all our students who participated in the Hour of Code last week.  If you would like to see the site and try out some programming yourself, you can go to www.hourofcode.com.  During this week before Winter Break, our 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students will be working with buddy classes to help them try out what it’s like to do computer programming too.  We encourage you to check it out at home and keep learning about programming!

Box Tops For Education

Gibson is participating in Box Tops for Education once again and we need your help. All you need to do is buy products with Box tops labels and cut them out then send then to school with your student. Collections are done every last Friday of every month. Thank you in advance for your support to our school.

All Gibson 6th grade students need to bring verification of Tdap booster to the school nurse by the end of the school year.  This is a new requirement by law in order to attend school next year.

There is a FREE Tdap walk-in clinic (for those with NO insurance or Medi-Cal) at Petersen Clinic each Tuesday from 9-11 AM.
